Eligibility:
- BE, Electrical/ Mechanical
- Minimum 60 % in SSC, HSC and in BE ( aggregate)
- Candidate waiting for final year result may also appear, provided had scored first class in each semester of BE
Other Criteria -
- Only unmarried MALE candidates. Ready to join immediately
- Age should be below 24 years
- Height should be more than or equal to 165 cms with sound physique
- Weight should be more than or equal to 50 kgs.
- Diopter not more than +/-3
- Should be ready to work anywhere in India.
- Should not have any physical disability.
- Should be Ready for Four years of commitment
Interview / Selection Process:
- The candidates shall appear & qualify a written test and GD which shall follow with preliminary interview the same day.
- The short-listed candidates will be invited for the final interview, which will be followed by the Climb and Medical Test.
- Selected candidates shall undergo training at Enercon Training Academy for 5 months & then placed particular site at All India Level(remote areas).
