- BE/B.Tech >= 60% aggregate percentage

- Ready to work in Rotational Shift (Working in Technical Support)
- Should understand ITIL terminologies Should understand SLA and Other Support Metrics
- Good Communication in English (Any other foriegn language will be added advantage)
- Handling Handling Level 1 and Level 2 issues (Preferable Application built on Java)
