Movement in Virtusa (Period : Designation : Indicative Salary) :
- First 3 Months : Apprentice : INR 7.5 K
- Next 9 months (probation) : Associate QA : INR 10 – 12 K
On Completion of probation : Associate Engineer QA : Small Hike
Selection Process :
Test : Online Test
Interview : To Cover Some Technical Aspects, but mostly Soft Skills
Offer : With Bond
Bond: there is a bond requirement for 4 years (worth INR 4 L) that all joiners need to mandatorily sign
