Desired Skills:

• Operations Experience in a 24 x 7 x 365 support model
• Demonstrate strategic thinking, quantitative and analytical skills, team leadership, and collaboration
• Excellent problem resolution, judgment, and decision-making skills.
• 0 to 2 years of IT Technical support and familiarity with the following Microsoft products

1. Windows Server 2008
2. SQL Server 2008
3. IIS6/7
4. SharePoint 2007/ 2010
5. PowerPivot
6. Hyper V
7. Windows 7
8. VPN
