Location: BangaloreExp : Freshers ,2-6 are preferred most
Tools and Technologies:
Packaging Skills: Microsoft ACT/App-DNA/Change Base and Wise package studio 7/Install shield
Tools: Orca, Picture Taker, VM Ware,Filemon, Regmon/Process man.
Operation Systems: Windows XP/Win 7
Scripting Tool: VB Scripting / Wise scripting.
Role Description:
- Customer co-ordination regarding application compatibility & packaging and technical assessment requests.
- Performing technical/application assessment of all software’s before Testing / packaging. This assessment involves end to end validation of the legacy software on target platform before undergoing actual packaging/Testing.
- Helping team in troubleshooting technical problems and training team if required.
- Handling technical queries with clients as well as with internal team.
- Performing QA for applications tested by Compatibility team, for accurate results.
Certifications:
MCTS/ MCP/MCSE, ITIL etc..
Certifications on Application Compatibility, Wise package studio 7/ Install shield Communication & Documentation:-
Excellent communication (Written & Verbal), customer handling skills & Documentation skills.
