Role: Tech Support Engineer
Education: B.Tech/B.E., BCA, PG, MCA, M.Tech
Job Description:

  • Attending Technical queries of domestic customer preferably related to virus or antivirus with time bound solutions and proficient manner.
  • Provide support to customer through phone,remote and on-site visit by using strong analytical skill.
  • Escalate the unresolved problems to next level i.e.either Core support or QA team
  • Strong observation and analytical skills to troubleshoot the virus problems.
  • Collecting the new virus samples/suspicious files found at customer end & submit them to Malware Research Team.

Desired Profile:

  • Any Graduate/Post-Graduate.
  • Should be excellent in handling issues regarding virus related problems & installation.
  • Should have good analytical & problem solving skills.
  • Local candidates are preferred.
  • Must have a 2 wheeler.
