Job Description:
- Attending Technical queries of domestic customer preferably related to virus or antivirus with time bound solutions and proficient manner.
- Provide support to customer through phone,remote and on-site visit by using strong analytical skill.
- Escalate the unresolved problems to next level i.e.either Core support or QA team
- Strong observation and analytical skills to troubleshoot the virus problems.
- Collecting the new virus samples/suspicious files found at customer end & submit them to Malware Research Team.
Desired Profile:
- Any Graduate/Post-Graduate.
- Should be excellent in handling issues regarding virus related problems & installation.
- Should have good analytical & problem solving skills.
- Local candidates are preferred.
- Must have a 2 wheeler.
