Process Associate (Non Voice - Accounts & Non Accounts)

• Good PC and database knowledge and project/process management skills.
• Initiative and independent; Customer focused.
• Excellent written & spoken communication skills.
• Graduate in any discipline with a minimum of 50% and above aggregate scores (Strictly 2006 - 2011 pass outs with no backlogs.)
• BE, B Tech, MBA & MCA,B.Sc IT, M.Sc IT, Computer Science graduates are NOT eligible.

Experience 

• 0 - 3 years of experience (BPO/Non BPO/KPO/Financial Services Industry) across all processes.

* 2 copies of recent passport sized photographs
* Proof of date of birth
* Degree Certificate/ Provisional Degree Certificate(original)
* Photo ID (Passport, Driving license, Election ID Card)
* Offer letter/Revised offer letter/Pay slips (in case of experienced candidates)

Note:

• Candidate should be flexible to work in any shift.
• 2011 pass outs are eligible provided they have an aggregate of 50% and above and no back logs in the first 5 semesters.
