Job Position: Associate Turkish Language Specialist

Qualification: Any GraduateJob Description:

• Handle inbound / outbound Turkish &English calls from Customers giving excellent customer service and meeting the business needs.
• Execute the assigned transactions meeting the timelines.
• Respond to e-mails and/or chat from customers.
• Communicate verbally and in writing between customers and interpret and respond clearly and effectivelyto spoken requests and written instructions.
• Establish nd maintain effective working relationships with colleagues and customers alike.
• Reports & MIS.

Desired Profile:

• Excellent Communication Skills in English and Turkish.
• Should be comfortable in working in UK/US shifts.
