Job description:

• To resolve issues for stores around distribution of goods from the depots to stores. To liaise with depots & the planning teams to facilitate distribution of goods; also route complex calls to the support team for them to resolve the issue for stores. 
• Resolve day to day operational issues/queries and escalate where appropriate to deliver "No one tries harder for customers". 
• Send regularly report to stakeholders on team's performance and KPIs
• Ensure that the team updates all supplier/ buyer inputs on time and keep up to date
• Ensure that my team continually adds value to business and delivers more complex tasks/activities
• Understand the business, its requirements and respond appropriately and timely

Essential skills:

1. Experience in working in a phone based Customer Service team
2. Excellent interpersonal skills
3. Candidate should be willing to work in Inbound Voice Support
4. Excellent communication skills
