Job Description & Requirements:
- Follow up and coordinate with respective Team
- Understand and ensure end to end functionality of the module
- Understanding the configuration and customization details in SAP as per the Requirement in the company
- Data templates preparation, system configuration, data upload, Training material preparation & training of users.
- Testing & recording results before releasing for UAT
- Call logging & resolution
- Clarity of solutions provided
- Educating users about the system & controls
- Assessing the reporting issues & timely call closure
- Documenting learning & plan for improvements
- Support Process adherence
- Suggest key improvements to reduce number of calls
- Improvements to ensure internal control requirements
- Testing of SAP Notes
