Trainee Report Analyst
Job Description :
As a Trainee Report Analyst, you :• Will be trained on Business Objects.
• Will be trained in SQL concepts on Oracle & Sybase databases.
• Will be trained on tools like AQT and Toad
• Will be trained on Colruyt specific report standards
• Will be trained in operational support environment
• Will be trained on Incident management process
After getting the training, you must :
• Understand Colruyt specific report standards
• Understand report requirement specifications
• Understand project/process documentation
• Understand & follow Incident management process
• Support the production environment.
• Modify simple reports based on functional requirements
• Solve report problems
• Test the reports
• assure the quality of the deliverables by doing reviews (self/peer)
• update the status of your assignment and its timelines
• have (or will acquire) a very good knowledge of the existing environment on technical level
After getting the experience, you must:
• Work with critical reports & universes
• Deploy reports and universes into production environment.
• Involve in estimations
• Ensure SLA agreements are met
• Review project/process documentation.
• Be point of contact (POC) for projects.
• Be proactive in finding cost effective solutions
Desired Profile :
• Knowledge on relational databases & SQL.
• Knowledge on Business Objects
• Good aptitude and solution development capability
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Effective communications with all levels of internal/external customers and staff.
• Immune to stress, client-friendly and team-player
• Precise, inquisitive, result-oriented, practical and constructive
• Affinity with numbers and data.
• Be social and build easily professional relationships with people of all levels
• Be transparent in sharing information
• Be proactive in approach
